Kelly and Jeremy sold our home!!!! They not only negotiated a higher price than we had listed, but also had a second offer in reserve. And they personally removed all the items we couldn’t fit into our pods!!! Their suggestions of repainting the interior and staging resulted in a quick sale after taking it off the market for a month. And, everything was accomplished on line while we were in Portugal. We cannot recommend them highly enough!!!!
We appreciated all of the help in the details of getting our house on the market, some contracting of work, the handholding along the way and especially with us out of the area. In the end, it all worked out.
