I really like this building. I am on a great floor with wonderful neighbours. I enjoy the pool, the weight room, the library, the penthouse view of the city and the golf course, and the underground parking. I also enjoy the official and non official social activities.
Used to be a great building but standards have deteriorated rapidly in past 6 months e.g. poor overall communications with residents, reduced access to amenities, reductions in routine maintenance like window washing, frequently broken elevators, unannounced changes in building security access systems and fire safety/evacuation procedures, new fee introduced for visitor parking, less qualified contractors replacing long-time professionals, cheaper materials used to 'update' vacated units (e.g. hardwood floors replaced by fau... read more
Lovely apartments but we were dropped from the waiting list three times and have moved on. So wouldn't exactly say the customer service or organization is anything to talk about
