Reception staff were very friendly and easy going. My appointment with Georgina Cheng was easy and not stressful. Thank you.
My partner and I have been going here for many years. Fiona Fallo is one of the first people to really understand me and what I have been through. She makes me and my partner feel heard. One time when I wasn't doing well mentally, she even offered for us to go out to have a coffee and have our session there. I asked for a health summary, as I was applying for the DSP and she did up and 8 page summary going into detail of my conditions, whereas doctors and my previous psychologist would just write up a brief description. I had an appointment here with Dr Cheng to get assessed for ftm top surgery. I had to cancel my appointment last minute due to health reasons and was told they won't see me at all, ever. Can't reschedule, can't rebook. She also misgendered me in the letter to the surgeon despite recieving a letter with my preferred pronouns. Trans people with chronic, unavoidable health issues, avoid here. Clearly it's not a safe space
