Young man came out this past Sunday. He was in the house about 5 minutes, took a picture of the squirrel cage and told my husband that the welds had came off. He then asked if my husband could weld, then told him it looks like you could add a couple tack welds to hold it. Or you could even use *************. Informed us that it is easy to take everything apart, said to take a picture of all the wires and the squirrel cage is on rollers. Yes, we did go out to the residence on a Sunday to try and help the customer. The tech did find that the problem was the blower wheel, and explained to the customer that it would be a part that he would have to check with the supplier on when they open the next morning. The office did check and as soon as we heard back from the supplier we did give them the price of $425 installed. As far as the price that found it for, we cant and wont search the internet for the lowest possible price, as we deal with the correct suppliers ... read more
