A guy came in late April for Ac maintenance. Said he was gonna clean the outside coils and he didn't. You don't get what you pay for that's for sure. Im not sure if he did anything really. Checked the temp of the air coming out was about all I saw.

on 1/27/2025 they came out to work on my back up generator charged me 154.00 said they would order the part never came back called Steve several times said they would get the part as of to date 6/12/2025 has never been back to repair my generator NOT RELAIBLE COST ME $154.00 AND NEVER CAME BACK TO REPAIR MY GENERATOR --HORRIBLE !!!!!! Power went out in our area; our Barrett installed backup generator did not turn on, likely a new battery needed. Barrett came out in about one hour, replaced the battery, checked out the generator, and we were up and running. A wonderful response on a cold day.

Our mom's furnace quit recently after hours. Barrett's were notified and at the house within the hour. Due to the age of the unit and cost of repairs the decision was made to replace it. They were able to pick up the new unit, mobilize and install the next day, which was Christmas Eve! We wanted to extend our gratitude for their responsiveness and efficiency on completing the work. They continue to be our go to company for all of our HVAC needs.
