Power went out in our area; our Barrett installed backup generator did not turn on, likely a new battery needed. Barrett came out in about one hour, replaced the battery, checked out the generator, and we were up and running. A wonderful response on a cold day.
Our mom's furnace quit recently after hours. Barrett's were notified and at the house within the hour. Due to the age of the unit and cost of repairs the decision was made to replace it. They were able to pick up the new unit, mobilize and install the next day, which was Christmas Eve! We wanted to extend our gratitude for their responsiveness and efficiency on completing the work. They continue to be our go to company for all of our HVAC needs.
Our AC stopped working on a very hot Sunday. We called Barrett and they were there in about an hour to fix it. Great service!
