I live in Round Rock and my heater stopped working on a really cold day. Barrett Family AC Experts sent someone out the same day, even though it was already evening. I wasn’t sure if my heater would get fixed that late, especially since we didn’t know what the problem was. Andrew showed up with a truck full of heater parts and had my heater running again in less than an hour. Micah was outstanding! He checked our furnace, gave helpful advice for repairs, and provided a quick and accurate estimate. Paul was in charge of the furnace repair, and his team arrived on time and worked hard to get everything running smoothly, even during tough weather.
