Agent Cosmin was unresponsive to my emails throughout my tenancy. Dishwasher never got fixed as requested several times over the course of three months. Dishonest about security deposits. Make sure you take pictures and be proactive because you will land in small claims fighting for your deposit back. They do not pick up the phone ever. Make sure you love the neighborhood before moving in because you will hate the landlord. Good luck.
Worst experience I have ever had when dealing with a property management company. I'm hoping you read this before you sign a lease with them. Do yourself a favor and don't. My girlfriend and I have both literally lost so much sleep dealing with this company and trying to get our security deposit back. It has been an absolute nightmare. BEWARE!!!!

I live out of state and own rental homes in Phoenix area. I have been with BE Homes Management company since the early 80's. I have found them to be very responsive, excellent communicators and had no problems with their management. Very efficient company, well run. The manager Judy De Nure is excellent and very easy to work with. I highly recommend them. John
Costumer service agents stupids it seems that they don't want rent the properties. I just spoke to one I called to ask for a house and the guy said that was already rented and then I asked for another one he said that one is rented too. I asked so what do you have available he said to look online I told him so everytime I see a see a house available I have to call you he didn't answer me I said is there anyway you can help me to find a house he just hang up on me. Hate it.....
