Don’t even think about buying from here. THEY HAVE THE CHEAPEST MATERIAL, POOR FOUNDATION, POOR PLUMBING. LEAKS EVERYWHERE. MOLD EVERYWHERE. 3 MONTHS IN AND YOU WILL REGRET IT. WARRANTY IS A JOKE. NOTHING WILL BE COVERED. RUN AND LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
I went to see houses during normal operation hours and they were closed. They seem they dont want to sell anything. I called and they said come back another day. Luckily there is alot of other builders near by. I will buy a home elsewhere
