I can't recommend Wellstar for their colonoscopy or gastrointestinal services, I guess, due to the experience I've had with my mother for her colonoscopy. 2-stars because the facility is clean and at least the people we've spoken to are nice. Initially, she wanted the Barrett Surgery Center, but was unable to get in so she was scheduled for the Vinings Health Park at 1pm on a Monday. Drs Miner and Tirabassi were amazing! All of the nurses and techs were very helpful and reassuring. The anesthesiologist was great and came in to talk to me before surgery. Kassidy G. called back 3 days post-op to check on me and answer any questions that I had. She was so sweet and positive and encouraged me because I was in so much pain. She reminded me of the things that I needed to do and informed me of several ways to lessen the pain. From check-in, prep, surgery, and to post-op, I received superb service. The prep nurses were very kind and comforting, and were able to keep my nerves calm. Dr. Angela Hudson, my doctor/ surgeon took great care of me. I knew that I was in great hands. After surgery, I was placed on the floor, room 60, where I was assigned to nurse Savannah, who rendered exceptional care to me. I will return to Cobb Wellstar for my future needs and highly recommend Cobb Wellstar to others.
