It was a pleasure to work with Barrett & Ana at BarrettBuys.com. Barrett explained the whole process of selling my mother's house very well. We respected the earnest money that was nonrefundable, which made us feel good about the process. I would highly recommend this company. They took a lot of stress away from the process of selling our Mother's home.
Will tell You everything you want to and the day before the deal (day of deal closing) changes amount of purchasing claims to not do it but does and then gives a sob story. Would not ever sue business again. I got suckered in and to keep with my financial schedule I had to accept. Sounds promising up front but fades when it matters the most.
It is rare to find a company and owner who have such a high degree of integrity as Barrett Buys Houses.. My entire experience with Barrett Applegate was phenomenal—I was recently widowed and needed to sell my home. Barrett and Trinity were so helpful and accommodating to my every need. They did absolute everything they said they would and more. You will be very satisfied with Barrett.
Barrett was great to work with, he helped my parents sell their home. We talked to lots of investors through the process and he was the investor who stood out. He is professional, well versed in real estate, and went above and beyond.
