First approached Barrett 5 years ago on purchasing my house in Phoenix. I had to delay due to a family member needing a place to live. Barrett kept in touch calling sometimes I think just to chat. Long story short just sold him the house. Very fast very smooth. I recommend him if you are looking to sell.
Barrett is the best investor with whom I have ever worked. He is not in it solely for the money and opportunity. He has a big heart, as well. He gave my client a very fair price for her home, considering its condition. He paid for a large storage unit so she could move items out of her home. He paid movers to load the truck, drive 200+ miles to her new town, and unload her belongings into a storage unit.
