Barrett’s technician, Danny, was thorough, clear about what he was doing and seeing, as well as able to diagnose the problems and give solutions! Barrett came back with the equipment and solved the issues!
Barrett provided excellent service. I called and an appointment was made from one day to the next. They even sent the employee I requested. Marco,(technician) provided excellent service. He even went out of his way to get my hvac filter size, which is not a common size.

I can’t say nice enough things about Barrett Airworks Service company. The main person I worked with was Fernando. Fernando listened very carefully to everything I said and followed through with all my questions. He patiently explained my options for units. Super nice guy! His workers were very clean and attentive in keeping dirt or footprints from entering my home during the installation by laying down taped paper pathways.
