RecommendedThis was the first time we have dealt with Schicker and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle. We didn't come in looking for anything specific but we found the perfect GMC 2500 Denali. Our salesman Dylan and Sonny were very helpful and willing to answer any questions that we had. They were very accommodating and not forceful to make a deal in anyway. We will be back for our future purchases!
I do not agree with the hidden fee labeled as “shop supplies” at your service department. I bought tires, the tire technician may have used a little dawn soap, a couple rags, and shop air was probably used to fill the tires. I don’t see the $19.96 value in the “shop supplies”. I didn’t get to see my itemized receipt until after I paid which makes it even more deceitful. The $19.96 additional shop fee wasn’t posted anywhere nor was it included in my estimate. Very helpful and very knowledgeable very friendly
JIll was absolutely amazing. I told her we were in the market for a family vehicle. Within days she found us the perfect SUV. She stayed late going over all the features with both of us and I really felt like she took her time to make sure we understood everything our new vehicle could do. Beyond excellent with children. My previous vehicle broke down on me last week and the engine locked up. Less than 24 hours later, Jill had me in a nice 2015 Escape.
