We've been coming here for a few years now. Great staff. Professional, friendly and they do a great job. They're great at keeping appointment times.
Very good staff (shout out to Cindy, April and Dr. Barrera), always upbeat and very good at what they do. Some of the team have over 40 years experience. I’ve had three appointment and each time the procedure has been very smooth. I will say the wait time is always 15 minutes or more after the appointment time, but mostly due to factors out of their control and they are always apologetic for making their clients wait. Very genuine and professional, I feel like I am in good hands. Thanks guys.
It's hard to keep an appointment with this office. I have had 4 appointments cancelled and rescheduled last minute some after I arrived . Due to the dentist needing to leave to have a cast removed so he can go on vacation or showing up late for personal reasons and needing to push the appointment time. I live in Odem, it sucks to have shown up or been down the road when they pull this crap. I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Dr. Barrera’s dental office. I would put zero stars if I could. The level of unprofessionalism from both the staff and the doctor was shocking. Appointments never run on time, and the front desk is disorganized and rude. Even worse, the office itself does not appear to follow proper sanitation protocols—equipment seemed poorly maintained, and I witnessed a lack of basic hygiene practices.
