The older lady that charges was super rude, i had called last week she answered and sounded like she was in a bad mood and needed me to get off the phone. When i was about to pay she just charged me the amount and said nothing else i asked what i was paying for she gave me an attitude saying i had to pay for the exam. Love the service, kindness and professionalism at Dr Barrera’s office! Dr is awesome and everyone here is super nice and go out of their way to assist! Love that the dr takes his time to explain everything during the visit!
I had such a great experience at Barrera Eye Center. From the moment I walked in, the front staff was super friendly and welcoming. Dr. Barrera is amazing — very patient, really listens, and takes the time to make sure you feel comfortable and understood. I was helped by Lily Medina, and she was honestly the best.
