Rude! Husband called for an estimate, price was higher than other businesses called. They didnt seem interested in our our getting our business after husband told him he was getting quotes.
Very professional and friendly. The receptionist was very helpful also. They communicated very well step by step while working on my ac unit. Ms. Lisa and Mr. Marcus are hard workers.
The day before July 4th my A/C freezes up and we have guests scheduled for the day. Tim and Ernest answered my frantic call and said they would be by between 12-2. They appeared at the door at 1 and promptly got to it. No sales pitch, no up sell, just fixed the problem, explained some options going forward and left some quotes. I’m sitting in my cool house two hours later planning dinner for tomorrow. Excellent experience and I recommend them w no reservations.
I had my AC go out... it's the middle of July and hits 100-105 in Austin. I'm also 36 weeks pregnant and my partner is overseas in the army, in Japan. So I was pretty SOL with our house hitting 95*..
