I love this place the staff is so nice. I really enjoy the water aerobics. And I feel a big change in my body since coming. And they really help the people with handicaps. Thank u so much.
I love the Y. It is one if my favorite happy places. When you go to check-in there is a basket with verses from the Bible on little slips of paper, like in fortune cookies. I always think of these as messages from God. The desk people often greet you as you enter and exit and are friendly. There is no shortage of classes, land or aquatic many different times each day. They are open most days of the year. Plenty of parking too.
Hear was messed up in the big party room by the gym. People were coming in there playing basketball that weren't even in the party. Very disappointed
Clean facility and the faculty is very nice. Glad that I joined to get myself back on a healthy path.
Had a workout session with Fallis McKinney the Fitness Director today, and it was excellent. If you need to learn how to lift properly, call and get an appointment!
