I recently visited this spot to celebrate a birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. When I ordered my first glass of wine, it came with visible lipstick stains. I politely asked for a new glass, but I noticed the server poured my wine from the dirty glass into a clean one instead of replacing it entirely. I pointed it out and requested a fresh glass of wine. Disappointed. Second time at Barrels & Amps…first time was awesome…came back and unbelievable. Food was good but service really sucked! As you can see the bartender (Bethany) spent most all her time sitting at a table. Had to literally get her attention just to get service. When she brought the food out, she didn’t offer silverware or condiments. Even after you get her attention, it would take 5 to 10 minutes just for her to get to you. Terrible customer service. I won’t be back.
