The receptionist is the rudest! And the charging for service by hour is VERY sketchy!
Deceptive and dishonest practices. Damaged and removed personal property from my home. Plumber disappeared mid job then over billed for time by 3x, charged for parts and services not rendered. They didn’t fix issues any of the 3 chances I gave them. Then they charged a card without authorization or disclosure of what was being charged. They also did not provide an estimate or bill before charging an old credit card they had on file. Don’t give them your credit card pre-appt! I used them for plumbing. They insisted I pay for services I never agreed to (and that were never preformed). Sketchy.

Was charged $270 for the plumber showing up to tell me he needs to come another day Sleazy - first time I’ve been billed before the work was done Be warned!
