Barred is actually way harder than it looks, but it was a good type of burn! Everyone in the studio was so nice, especially my instructor Sarah Carter! I highly recommend this studio if you’re considering taking any type of workout class!!!

I love this barre studio! I had never taken a barre class before coming here, and they were very welcoming and knowledgeable. The studio is clean and very nice! All the instructors I have gone to have been very encouraging and all have made it fun for me!

A very friendly, welcoming environment. The class was a hard one, but Katelyn gave wonderful, positive modifications for a woman of my age. A very rewarding class with an excellent teacher, thank you Katelyn.

This barre studio is AMAZING! Very conveniently located directly off of Franklin Street in Chapel Hill. The studio is beautiful and the instructors are very attentive and strive to engage all students. They are conscientious of safety and help students individualize/modify exercises based on the student's personal fitness level/ability, as well as any preexisting injuries or physical limitations.
