This studio is excellent. I took an unlimited monthly pass while in town for the summer and loved every class I took. The teachers are all superb, and they have a nice range of choice including a very special outdoor sound bath. The shop is also great. Really nice selection of workout gear. What a gem!

One of the best Yoga and Exercise Studios in Rhode Island. If you are a Hot Yoga fan, this is the BEST! Glad to support a woman-owned business with excellent instructors. Recommend the Barre class & new Pilates too. The overall vibe and shop are a plus. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic. The owner and employees are all friendly and knowledgeable. Took one class with Sarah and immediately decided to keep coming back. They have a great shop for apparel and accessories.

Local and delightful. So many classes to choose from and everyone is so welcoming. Even if you are new to the class, they are willing to provide support to ensure you feel comfortable as you embark on your wellness journey. If you have extra cash to shop, they also have a great selection in their boutique! Definitely worth it!
