Barre Coast is the best thing that happened to me in a long time! What an amazing community of people. Y'all made me feel more than welcome, this woman on her bycicle. Such a warm bath I landed in.

So many people were genuinely nice to me, which is rare in general but especially at a yoga place. Thanks so much for having me guys! I think this place is the best you'll find in southern Rhode island. They don't mind if you go off script a little or show up early and shred some moves either. This studio is excellent. I took an unlimited monthly pass while in town for the summer and loved every class I took. The teachers are all superb, and they have a nice range of choice including a very special outdoor sound bath. The shop is also great. Really nice selection of workout gear. What a gem!

One of the best Yoga and Exercise Studios in Rhode Island. If you are a Hot Yoga fan, this is the BEST! Glad to support a woman-owned business with excellent instructors. Recommend the Barre class & new Pilates too. The overall vibe and shop are a plus. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic. The owner and employees are all friendly and knowledgeable. Took one class with Sarah and immediately decided to keep coming back. They have a great shop for apparel and accessories.
