I absolutely love the instructors, the classes, the environment, everything about this place! It’s so welcoming and warm, all the instructors were so friendly. The classes are fantastic for beginners and for those with experience.
Thoroughly enjoyed the Cycle + Sculpt class with the owner, Sarah. Challenging class with really good energy. Highly recommend.
I enjoyed the class. I am used to solidcore. But this also produced muscle fatigue and the burn I need! I am looking forward to my progress.
