Tried barre for the first time today, and it was such a good and challenging workout. I felt every muscle in my body work at one point or another in class. The instructor, Gabby, was so amazing and motivating. I loved how all movements & exercises could be adapted to all skill levels! Highly recommend giving Barre3 a try
Barre3 Cary is way more than working out but more about community, confidence, and pushing yourself. It’s always a warm and welcoming environment with positive energy! Love coming to these classes and leaving with so much more joy!
This place has truly changed my life! I was tried of weight training after doing it for 5 years and decided I needed to change things up! Barre 3 is truly a family and it has bettered my core strength, posture, and strengthen me! The teacher, employees, and owners are truly so so kind, it feels like a family every time I walk in! So happy to be apart of Barre 3!
I love it here! The workouts are efficient and varied, including elements of cardio, strength training, Pilates and mindfulness. The studio is clean and best of all the people are truly kind and welcoming. So glad to have Hannah and team in Cary!
Hannah and her team are amazing and have been so helpful keeping me moving throughout my pregnancy! Could not recommend this place more!
