Hannah and the entire team at Barre3 in Cary have changed the way I look at fitness. I have finally found a workout that challenges me physically and mentally but most importantly it feeds my soul and improves my mindfulness! I’ve had severe asthma since I was four years old. Absolutely love Barre3. So happy it’s back under new ownership!
First time taking a barre class using class pass. Staff was welcoming and studio was very clean!
Amazing! Never knew a workout could use meditation so much at the end. Staff are incredibly helpful and nice
Hannah and her staff make you feel at home . I have some joint issues and they always provide accomodations which works for me and my needs. All the instructors have their own style which I appreciate having . Studio is just a beautiful open space . I have gotten stronger - more flexible and enjoy all the workouts
