Barre3 is such a great studio! The location is super convenient, and the space is clean and welcoming. The staff and instructors are incredibly friendly, approachable, and supportive—no matter your fitness level, you feel comfortable right away. The classes are challenging but still accessible, and I always leave feeling stronger and refreshed. Highly recommend!
This is the place to go in the South Bay if you want to experience Barre3's unique blend of strength, cardio and mindfulness in a beautiful new studio. All of the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the owner, Abby, is full of sunshine. Classes are challenging yet accessible for a range of ages and fitness levels. I became a founding member and couldn't be happier!
I have been coming to Barre3 for about a month now and I am feeling stronger and lighter on my feet. Abby the owner is great and all the instructors are fantastic.
I love incorporating Barre3 classes into my routine. The classes are fun and energetic and the staff are so kind! The strength class is one of my favorites. The studio is always clean and parking is super easy.
