I have struggled for 10 years, since moving to Rockwall, to find a great fitness studio that fits my needs and is welcoming. I finally found it at Barre 3 in Rockwall. I love the community they have built and so many members are so nice. The staff is great and helpful. I’m a professional equestrian and architect so I live an incredibly busy life, but Barre 3 in Rockwall has fit my needs for staying in shape out of the saddle!

Obsessed with Barre3! I’m not a workout girly, but used to dance at a studio and in high school. This is a great mix of bar work, strength training, cardio, and breath-work. Having ADHD, I get bored easily. The change in workout styles within one class really keeps me on my toes and engaged. I leave feeling accomplished, stronger, and ready to tackle the day. Would recommend!
