Loved Barre 3 in Newport! Probably the most welcoming atmosphere I’ve ever experienced at a workout studio. I’m a travel healthcare worker & joined the unlimited membership for ~3months. It was my first time trying barre but didn’t feel intimidating at all. Rebecca & all of the instructors were so kind, friendly & have such a passion for helping women feel their best. Highly recommend!!
I’ve been going to Barre 3 for over 10 years now. I can’t say enough about the people here, they really do care about each experience, every time I go I feel welcomed and I know the instructors will help encourage me to do my best every time. This is not a stereotypical boutique gym, this is a place you go to get the very best workout you can while feeling right at home. I am so happy I found this place all those years ago!
I cannot recommend Barre3 highly enough. The instructors are phenomenal, so welcoming and genuinely knowledgeable about fitness. They pay attention to everyone and make sure you get the most out of class. Since starting at Barre3, I have noticed a huge improvement in my core strength and balance, which are two areas of priority for me. Barre 3 is an amazing full body workout with noticeable results! The instructors are fantastic! They are extremely knowledgeble in that we learn about the muscles we are working, and how we stay strong and flexible. These classes are good for all ages. Great energy, music, and community!!!
