I was looking for a workout that would really suit me, and I’m so glad I found this place. The instructors are all energetic, professional, and super friendly. Also, I don’t know how they do it, but the atmosphere here is amazing; there’s this nice breeze that flows through while you’re working out, and it just feels so refreshing. I’ve tried other studios, but none of them have this vibe!

There’s something about those classes that makes you do them even when don't feel very motivated. The instructors are energetic and the workouts are great. Class times are perfect for a busy mom, plus there’s even a lounge with plenty of toys where kids can play. Diana, the owner, is incredible, I met her once and she was so nice, and you can tell she truly cares about you and your experience there. I can’t recommend it enough. Just go, try your first class, and see for yourself!
I was introduced to Barre3 Willow Glen by my bestfriend, and it completely exceeded my expectations! The workout was a perfect balance of strength, flexibility, and endurance training.
