Barre3 is awesome and has been a lifeline for me this month. I found it through a friend via ClassPass and just got an unlimited membership. Currently, my favorite instructors are Alexa (Signature) and Sabrina (Strength). I really enjoy the workouts- they are challenging, dynamic, and addictive. Classes are really well paced. Love Barre. I lift a lot and teach/cycle 5x a week. I am a C-section mama of two and really dropped the ball on core work. This has been such a great break up in routine and helpful for rebuilding my core!

This studio has been amazing!! The classes are always fun yet challenging, with options to move how you feel best. The instructor’s are caring and take the time to make you feel seen and moving your best! Krista and Marie are some of my favorite fitness instructors I’ve ever encountered. The studio is always spotless and feels so clean.
