Last summer I was in search of a fitness studio. My daughter recommended that I try barre3 COS. We've both participated in various barre classes throughout the city and agree that this studio is truly the BEST! The reasons are numerous, but to name a few, we love the layout, decor and cleanliness. Their Signature classes are challenging, energetic and fun; the perfect blend of cardio, yoga & Pilates. Absolutely amazing gym and wonderful people! I've been a member now for about three months and I've loved every minute! The trainers do such a great job with engaging classes, offering modifications, and keeping the atmosphere lively and fun! They offer childcare during class which is a godsend and my kids love going.
