They provide a good challenging workout and a very friendly environment! You could change the intensity based on your experience/energy levels and still follow the instructor
Absolutely love this studio in Brookline area! Great workouts and totally positive vibes.Helps to build great core strength, flexibility and overall fitness. I specially like Julia’s classes. She is so vibrant, energetic and always makes sure that you give your best to the workout!

I love this workout! It’s a good combination of cardio and strength training. I always go to Summer’s classes and she is the best—really motivating and provides a lot of different modifications throughout. Highly recommend!
Appreciate the convenience of early morning classes via livestream! The instructors are encouraging with the right amount of challenging to increase body strength. Highly recommend Barre3.
