I love barre3 Brookline!!! The community (instructors, front desk associates, other members, everyone!) is so kind and welcoming. Modifications are always offered and encouraged for every person and posture, so everyone can move in a way that feels good to them. It is a safe place to move, breathe, and just be! Best of the best! Every instructor is so welcoming and accommodating, the studio always feels like a place where you belong. The classes are challenging and fun, and there are lots of different class times to fit any schedule. Can’t recommend enough!
I have been doing Barre3 for about a month now and I have been very pleased with the classes. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Barre3 combines strength, cardio and mindfulness-a unique combination. The exercises are adaptable to every level of fitness. This is important to me because I have knee arthritis and can't do all forms of exercise.
Love the location-front desk staff are so friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed all the instructors and classes!
