If you would’ve told me that I was excited to get up for a 5:30 am class I wouldn’t have believed you. But, here I am, excited to go to Brittney’s classes on Mondays and Thursdays. She mixes high quality exercise with intentional mindfulness. I’m glad I found the Brittney, this class and Barre3! Thanks for getting me excited about exercise again!

I went into barre3 only two weeks ago after a very long bout outside of going to the gym. My fitness routine at most was walking and my physical therapy. Needless to say, I was nervous, but the instructors made me feel so welcomed. I don’t have the typical fitness girl build, but you can sense the welcoming atmosphere pretty quickly.
