Barre3 is the absolute best!!!! Love coming here, I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. Highly recommend!
Amazing work out with amazing people! Such a great place to join
Excellent instructional ways leave class feeling empowered as well as physically fit !
I have been a member since 2015! I love the classes , the instructors , and friends I’ve made. Mostly I love how I’ve felt all through my 60’s and now my 70’s Brittany and all her instructors in both Allentown and Bethlehem have taught me how to listen to my body , give the classes my all and always feel successful. I’d highly recommend giving barre3lehighvalley a try . There are many options to suit everyone !
I love Barre3 Lehigh Valley. They do such a great job of making you feel welcome and comfortable from the moment you walk in- whether you have any previous experience working out or not! The classes are great for everyone because there are so many ways you can modify the movements to make them work for you. The instructors are very intentional about listing different options throughout the class. And you get such a full body workout. I love the way I feel when leaving the studio. I'm so thankful for Barre3 and the community ... read more
