Barre3 downtown Austin is where I was first introduced to barre 13 years ago. It is a movement practice that has physically, mentally, and emotionally changed my life for the better; and continues to be one of my favorite workouts! Barre3 downtown is a beautiful, light and airy studio. The instructors are deeply committed to holding space for their students to grow, and inspire with an abundance of joy and zest!
Such a clean and beautiful studio!! The classes are so well balanced with movements that feel very deliberate! All of the instructors (I have taken classes with Kathryn and Renee so far) are also soooo kind and helpful - and they move at a pace where you really understand exactly how each movement should look. Would so recommend!! Also logistically it’s super easy because they validate parking in the garage in the same building as the studio - which is so nice downtown
I was looking for a strength training class, but I wasn't interested in going to a gym or online classes as I've always been more motivated by having an instructor. Barre3 in downtown Austin was everything I was looking for. I took advantage of their free class and enjoyed strength training so much I grabbed the 2 week special. One of the best workouts in Austin. I love the energy and the combination of strength, endurance and body movement. A welcoming space too!
I love everything about Barre3! The instructors are top notch. The support staff is so kind and welcoming. I look forward my classes and am getting stronger than I’ve ever been.
