One of the best workouts in Austin. I love the energy and the combination of strength, endurance and body movement. A welcoming space too!

I’ve been coming here for about 10 years. I love the consistency of the workouts and how I can always feel stronger leaving than when I came in. They target all the right places we women care about! It’s helped me be more present and stronger as a mother too! Bending over to pick my kids up (or their toys) has been way easier with consistent barre workouts! I love Barre3! All the instructors are so kind. Whether it's your first class or your 100th class you will be welcomed. I love that there are always modifications to make the moves easier or harder and I always feel great at the end of class!
Not barre!! In a 60 minute class there were basically two real barre moves. The rest was a lot of hand waving aerobics, and light weights. An all right class if that’s what you like, but definitely misleading.
