Lovely location and Yi-Ting is such an engaging instructor! I love starting my Sundays with a great workout and walking to lunch right after.

I took Yi-Ting's class this weekend and it was amazing. It was my first Barre class and she made it extremely welcoming and fun. She had great energy, was very clear in how to perform the movements, and gave the class a great workout. It may have been my first class, but it will not be my last.

Great studio! All the instructors are consistently kind & motivating. Classes are challenging but still enjoyable / rewarding. Never feel like the classes are overcrowded and it’s a nice touch that they take care of cleaning the mats for you (I’ve never had another studio do this!).

Park in the Gable Park Plaza Parking Lot, and scan the QR code at the front desk of barre3 studio within 10 minutes of parking, for 2 hour free parking validation. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and instructions for class were clear. The atmosphere was body positive and I felt very comfortable exercising here. There are fully stocked shower and restrooms available, as well as a child care play area.
