I have been doing barre3 online classes for years and finally took the leap to join in-studio. I’m so glad that I did! Barre3 Edmonds is a positive and welcoming environment to move my body and it is made even better with the play lounge (where my little sidekick can have fun while mama is in class!)
Great instructors and the classes are challenging and effective- I noticed results after 3 classes!
Instructors are very energetic and helpful. The studio is lovely - clean, spacious and located in a beautiful downtown Edmonds. I have tried signature barre, strength and cardio classes and I like it all. An hour went by so quickly and I felt like I got a great workout. Highly recommend this place.
I have been doing barre3 for over 8 years, and have been to multiple studios in Portland, Boston, New York, Denver, and now in the Seattle metro area. They are all wonderful, but I am thrilled to call the Edmonds and Roosevelt locations my home studios. The instructors are kind, encouraging, and know their stuff!
