A wonderful way to start the day! All the instructors are lovely - highly recommend!
I love that I get to work out my entire body and get into those tiny inside muscles in less than an hour! I also love that I don’t have to bring anything with me… no shoes, no mat and not even a water bottle if I’m forgetful. The result is that it’s easy and fun to do 5/6 classes per week, making each class super affordable. Oh! And, after 100 classes I was down 3 inches from my waist and 4 inches from my thighs 💪🏽💪🏽🎵🥳🙏🏼 Thanks Barre 3 - I’m hooked
