This is one of my favorite studios in Toronto. Things are simply done right. Trainers pay attention to you and there’s no super loud overwhelming environment.
I love Michelle’s lunchtime barre class at Barre3 Toronto, its one of my favorite ways to fit in a workout during the day. The class is quick but definitely challenging — in the best way. You feel like you’ve actually worked out without it taking over your entire day. Michelle is an excellent instructor.
