I cannot recommend Barre enough! I am on my third pregnancy and have heard great things so decided to try it out. My instructor the past month or two was Shannon W., and oh my goodness she is AMAZING. So encouraging, warm, friendly, and smiley BUT also brings the heat and leads a hardcore class. A little over a year ago, I decided to give Barre3 a try and purchased their trial pass. I was hooked after my very first class! I’ve now been going consistently for over a year, and it has helped me stay motivated, strong, and in shape. The community of women is incredible, and Jen, the owner, along with the entire staff, are so kind, respectful, and empowering. The facility is always clean, and the apparel they sell is super cute. I have been to so many gyms—i never thought i could love a workout so much as I do at Barre3! ALL of their staff is so lovely, classes are uplifting, and I literally look forward to waking up to come every day, even when it’s at 5:45am! Couldn’t recommend it more.
