This is the best butt kickin ever. Now 1st and foremost you have to understand it's your class and can be whatever you need for that class. The instructor does an amazing job letting participants know we are all different every body needs something but it might look different. No one should be comparing themselves to anyone else. I’m hooked. I started with a 4 class a month membership and now I signed up for unlimited classes because I can’t get enough. Barre3 is such a positive vibe, when you walk in there you feel so empowered and supported, and when you walk out you feel so accomplished. All staff make you feel so welcome when you walk in. All instructors are super attentive and knowledgeable. I’m so appreciative they aren’t afraid to correct my form sometimes, so I don’t injure myself. I can’t get enough of Barre3 in Eagle, I love it there. ❤️
I’m so grateful to this studio and all the exceptional instructors here. They lead every class with an expertise that you do not get at a larger gym. It’s obvious they are educated specifically to prevent injury, build strength, flexibility and functional fitness. I take classes primarily via zoom and they have the ability to verbalize proper form so I can correct myself! Thank you for the individual approach and caring atmosphere your studio provides, I will forever be a Barre3 student!❤️

I can’t say enough about the Eagle location. From walking in the doors and welcomed for my first class to the introduction to the instructor. I’ve been looking for community as I own my own business.
