I had never taken a barre class before coming to Barre3, but I can say I have found such a love for it. The enthusiastic, motivating instructors & the challenging but fun workout make you walk out feeling great about yourself and pushing your body more than you could have thought. This is all because of Barre3 and the environment, staff, & instructors they have cultivated to make it the best experience for all ages.

I’ve been taking at barre3 for over a year now and I’m obsessed! I look forward to my classes every week. They have the best instructors that are kind, welcoming and know how to encourage you to get your sweat on while also respecting your body. Highly recommend!
