I first learned of barre3 in 2020 during the pandemic and started with online workouts at home with my mom and sister. In 2024, I became a member at Barre3 Los Altos, which was a great addition to feel the energy and camaraderie in person. Barre3 is accessible for all ages, different fitness levels, and provides modifications to support various injuries. This barre3 brings the energy! I never feel like I’m working out… the classes are always fun and the time flies! More importantly- the community. I just moved three months ago from the east coast and already feel like I’ve been warmly embraced by the b3 community at this studio. I have friends I attend regular classes with and the front desk and instructors know my name. That social aspect is so important to me and I’m grateful for the b3 Los Altos team for cultivating a space like that for wellbeing and community!
barre3 Los Altos is such a happy place! The front desk staff always have a smile on their face and enthusiastically greet each client that comes through the front door. They take extra care and time to help new clients get set up for class. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, motivating and passionate. I always leave feeling like a better version of myself - stronger, more confident and more grounded!
Expert instructors. Wonderful community. 5 class format options with 1 membership. Modifications available for all levels. My favorite is the Mindful Flow class that has vastly improved my balance and centers me. ❤️
