Barre3 Los Altos is a fantastic community that promotes wellness inside and out. It's a refuge in good times and bad that promotes functional movement and overall health, more about how you feel than how you look. Honestly, it's helped me listen to my body more which is a rare and priceless thing in a workout class. So thankful for this studio!

I called them and cancelled my subscription a few months ago when they were switching systems and they confirmed over the phone that they cancelled it. I was reviewing my credit card charge history and noticed that they've still been charging my card for the last few months. I'll have to call them again but the fact they don't allow me to cancel over the web is crazy. The classes were good when I was taking them, but being told that my subscription was cancelled and then continuing to charge me feels predatory.

I’m highly disappointed with the 5 minute late policy. I’ve always been on time and I called in advance to let them know I hit an unexpected 10 minute roadwork, stop sign, completely out of my control. They did not have compassion to my situation when I explained I drove 40 minute from my work and I’d arrive 1-2 minutes after their policy time.
