First I’d like to highlight I’ve never actually felt EXCITED to get my workouts in during the week until I tried Barre3. (Give this a shot even if you haven’t had success sticking with something in the past!) Been going regularly for over a year and couldn’t be happier with the Williams studio. I love the balance of positive encouragement and challenge. Each unique instructor always provides excellent guidance for positions that can allow you to dig deeper or pull back so you can just maintain. They give frequent mindfulness reminders to stay aware of your own body and what it needs in the moment, while holding where you want to be. It is such a good full body, sweaty workout every time!

I recently took a class at the Williams location, and my experience was absolutely wonderful. The class felt truly trauma-informed and supportive, the atmosphere was lovely, and the front desk staff were attentive and friendly.
