I always look forward to my classes here! The instructors are all super welcoming and provide the best cues for making sure you are using your body correctly. I have improved my form, posture, and feel so much stronger in my daily life.
I love working out here! Lovely instructors, easy website, pretty flexible cancelation policy. Highly recommend for folks who are looking for a new routine.
I have found barre3 to be the most helpful adjunct to my ACL/meniscus surgery recovery. The classes are scalable to all abilities, the instructors are always helpful when I asked for modifications and I have felt it approachable after a serious knee injury and surgery. Plus the place is clean and the front desk and always welcoming.
Barre3 Williams location is my happy place! So clean, dual mirrors, and amazing team!
