I’ve been a Barre3 member for over 5 years (at two different studios). Both welcomed me warmly and exactly as I am. Barre3 is a place I look forward to being. It’s a place that I feel accepted, even celebrated.
Everyone should try a barre3 class. The combination of strength, cardio and mindfulness always leaves me feeling so good after class. The positive environment this studio has is like no other, everyone can feel right at home. Come for strength and movement, leave feeling energized, seen and part of a great place.
I have been taking classes consistently for 6 months now and I love it! The instructors are great, and they offer so many modifications to make the class as challenging as you want. Love the combo of strength training, mindful flow, and cardio in 45 mins. They are always doing fun month-long challenges and outdoor events. I really look forward to these workouts and I feel so much stronger! Such an awesome community.
Barre3 has truly been a game changer for me. The community is so warm and welcoming — you feel supported from the moment you walk in. The instructors are absolutely amazing! They strike the perfect balance of encouragement and mindfulness, always pushing you to challenge yourself while reminding you to listen to your body and honor where you are each day. Every class leaves me feeling stronger, more grounded, and uplifted. I can’t recommend it enough!
I've been really enjoying my time at barre3 Buckhead! The classes are the perfect mix of strength, cardio, and mindfulness, and every instructor brings such great energy. I always leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and more connected to my body. The studio is welcoming and so cute! It’s quickly become one of my favorite parts of the week
