Love this studio! The instructors are super friendly and encouraging, the classes are challenging but high energy and fast-paced, and they have a lot of class options on the schedule. Very happy to have found this studio for my workouts.
After knee surgery I was hesitant to go back to a work out class. Everyone has been wonderful working with me and helping me modify workouts to help strengthen my knee but not push it too far. Highly recommend this studio, everyone is so kind and the classes are great!
i recently tried Barre3 Buckhead and cannot say enough good things about not only the class but the studio and the people. Everyone is SO welcoming and knew my name the second i walked in the door and continued to remember me every time since. Plus, there is babysitting in the studio so moms can make a class without having to navigate kid-coverage. Love this studio, highly recommend :)
I absolutely love barre3. It keeps me out of my head while pushing me to my limits. I love how adaptable it is. The music is great, too!
Great space, easy parking, and the instructors know how to push you but also adjust for your limits. Would love to see more core work incorporated.
