Had a poor initial experience when I first tried to attend a class as a walk in and told I needed an appointment. My next time in when I had prebooked went great the instructor/owner Sarah was super welcoming and had a gave a great class.
I started doing barre classes with them and absolutely loved it, especially Janet’s class. I signed up for their monthly subscription and asked for a particular month to be put “on hold” per the staff member’s recommendation as I was going to be out of the city for a month. I wrote multiple emails and even spoke to the owner (Sarah) who refused to respond/acknowledge my requests and insisted that I would have to pay for that month as they only grant “on hold” request for extreme situations i.e pregnancy, marriage etc At this... read more
Love this studio and all the instructors!! It helps me get an amazing workout in & I always leave feeling empowered. I would recommend this studio to anyone. I have nothing but great things to say about barre3!!
