Barre3 is the best total body workout! I love the challenging patterns that work every muscle group or I can take other options provided too. The instructors are all certified and so knowledgeable and the staff is very welcoming! I feel great knowing I’m able to take so many varied classes that makes my body stronger every single day! These classes has done amazing things to strengthen my aging bones too!!!
The staff are incredible here! The support and desire for you to love every second of working out at Barre 3 is so genuine.
