I have been a member at barre3 Mobile since the studio first opened. I am now in my mid-60’s and find that barre3 workouts are essential to maintaining strength and balance which allows me to chase after my grand kids and carry them upstairs without worrying about falling! I am able to do all the things from bringing in groceries to cleaning my house. This is what the instructors at barre3 teach-functional movement!
