Fun (and hard!) classes with great music and terrific instructors
Barre3's signature class is a fine combination of aerobic, strength, flexibility and cool down/relaxation. The energy led by the instructor (I have been in classes with Missy, Zoe and Erica) and driven by the music carries us through 60 minutes. Especially appreciated are the options and adaptations offered with a generous understanding that we are individuals with our own goals and, often for those of us who are older, limitations.
Amazing class! Great workout, challenging and very motivating. Missy was wonderful at guiding you through the workout for a full. body burn and mental stimulation. I left feeling lighter and more confident! Can't wait to come back!
I love starting and ending my days with these classes. They make me feel really good without feeling too worn down or sweaty afterwards. I already feel that it has made a difference in my strength!
