Park in the McBee Garage and scan QR code in the barre3 studio to validate parking (free). I was welcomed kindly by staff, and all needed props were provided at the beginning of class. There are workout clothes for sale, as well as a play area for kids. Finding the studio was simple, and there was plenty of parking outside of the studio (pay to park).
I have taken barre classes for many years in many different studios. I signed up here because I thought the instructors were nice and it was kind of close. This is in no way resembles the intensity of the barre classes I am used to. You barely touch the bar. I was also very disappointed that they didn’t require everyone to wear socks or bring their own towel to use on the mat. That was kind of mind blowing and unsanitary to me. It was disappointing for all three months that I was a member.
I took my first barre3 class taking a 45 min strength class and the instructor was amazing. I enjoyed the demonstrations of each movement, the flow of the class from stretch to lift to a few yoga movement flows. I definitely recommend it if you are looking to tone your body and/or are easing your way into working out.
