I took my first barre3 class taking a 45 min strength class and the instructor was amazing. I enjoyed the demonstrations of each movement, the flow of the class from stretch to lift to a few yoga movement flows. I definitely recommend it if you are looking to tone your body and/or are easing your way into working out.

Such a great experience and a fantastic workout. They were so kind and accommodating to me as a novice, and I noticed all body types were welcome and seemed very comfortable in the atmosphere. It was a great, multi-functional workout with barre, yoga, small weights, and cardio, but they also provided alternatives or adjustments for those who needed them. Loved it. If I wasn’t moving, I’d be getting a subscription!
Staff is very friendly and helpful. I've gone a couple times now using my class pass. I love how all the instructors thus far has provided alternate moves and they are also very good at demonstrating the different moves as well. They have cubbies to leave your belongings outside of the class and the restrooms have all the female necessities you could need. Everything is also very clean and tidy.
