I joined Barre 3 recently because I have been craving a high cardio and sculpting workout. I have been working out at great facilities for decades, but as I have aged, I have been dealing with joint pain (back, knees, hips, shoulders). Normal for the aging process? Maybe not. As a new participant in Barre3 classes, I have found all the instructors to be excellent. The classes are tough, but I am able to modify when needed for my level and age (77). The routines are varied which is so important. A former FIRM user, I am enjoying the Barre3 experience in my effort to regain strength and flexibility and to improve my core and balance, as well as to get in overall general better condition.

The staff at Barré 3 Columbia are all so friendly and helpful. I enjoy meeting new people and feel so comfortable at every workout class. I love how the instructors make the effort to get to know you. So glad I joined!

I've tried many different workout studios and this one continues to impress me. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The classes have variety and the teachers are all knowledgeable and motivating. I never felt pressured to sign up for a package, which is often the case with boutique fitness. The studio is very family friendly - offering classes throughout the day as well as a childcare area. 5 stars!!
