Been coming here for a few years now- as a former college athlete who has done just about every exercise, I was really excited to find a studio that offered so much variety in each class that I could adapt to my body’s post-career physical limitations. The main selling point for me however was the childcare option! It has allowed me to feel confident working out regularly while having a fun and safe option for my child- who also loves going “to the gym” with me!
I am now nine months into my Barre 3 journey and have a noticeable increase in my cardiovascular endurance. Barre 3 is a great leg sculpting workout as well!!
Barre3 Columbia is amazing! I am stronger and more confident because of it! Lauren, Kelly, Sara, Shelby, Katie, Jamie and all the other ladies there are the absolute best. 11/10 recommend.
