After trying a couple of different studios in Nashville, barre3 is by far my favorite! The signature classes are my personal preference, as they are a good mix of strength & cardio. I've done a class with most of the instructors at this point and have yet to have a bad experience. They come prepared & push you to challenging but sustainable levels, offering lots of modifications. Highly recommend!
I absolutely love Barre3! Everyone is so kind and inviting, and no matter whose class I take I know I’m gonna leave feeling better than when I came in. I simply cannot recommend it enough.
The best workout community by far! I’ve been going since the beginning of this year and every instructor I’ve been to have been amazing. Not only do I love it, but I bring my daughter and she loves all of the play lounge teachers!
