I only have amazing things to say about B3. I love the dynamic workouts, the staff and instructors. The flexibility to attend classes at both studios is definitely a plus, so there are lots of classes to choose from throughout the day.

I first started going to barre3 a couple of months ago. After my first class with Jeri, I was immediately hooked. She’s described the class as the “joy of movement” and ever since I heard that, I realized that I truly felt that in these classes. Every instructor teaches differently but it’s all rooted in the same principle that each exercise should be connected to your breath. barre3 has been the best addition to my routine!

Incredible place where you feel like a part of family, you feel inspired by amazing women, you feel welcome! Workout combines everything including stretching, cardio, weights, core, breathing. You don’t only look good you feel good! I always leave this place energized and with the biggest smile and feeling of joy and accomplishment. I've been attending barre3 for nearly a year, and I've truly enjoyed the classes, community, and instructors. From the warm welcomes when you walk through the door to the intentional coaching throughout each class, the experience has been wonderful. The instructors consistently offer thoughtful modifications and emphasize proper form, helping you build strength while reducing the risk of injury. barre3 has become such a happy place for me, and I'm so grateful to be part of this community!
