Love Barre Nor Cal. I joined Barre Nor Cal after recovering from a major life health event a little over a year ago. I had done barre years ago and really loved the workout. Megan the owner and her staff put together a program for me to basically start working out again and I have been going ever since. It really is a fun, friendly atmosphere and I would recommend BarreNor Cal to anyone looking for a great workout that gets you in shape fast and safely. Happy to be a part of the Barre Nor Cal Family.😊

I have been going to Barre Nor Cal since it opened. The atmosphere is so comfortable for all ages and all levels. I am probably one of the older clients but I am able to do the poses next to a much younger client and I have to say I am in the best shape I have ever been In. Megan and the staff are really like family. If you try it like I did you may just get addicted to this very rewarding workout.
