Annabel is literally the best! She’s the reason I keep coming back every week. She challenges me and also knows how to keep it fun and upbeat. You can tell she’s very knowledgeable and always gives opportunities for modifications if needed. She’s the best!
The studio is lovely and Nicole is a great instructor.
Amazing first class! I will for sure be back. Early workout felt amazing. Fast pace but a great balance and it targeted every muscle group.
What a beautiful studio! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I appreciated the modifications and clear guidance throughout the class, making it accessible and enjoyable. I had an exceptional workout and truly enjoyed my visit. Highly recommend!
