It was great! Very welcoming and good workout environment
For 30 years I was a runner. I ran because I could. 25 to 35 miles a week rain, shine, heat or cold. I did it for mental health, for the challenge, to be the best me and for the simple satisfaction of knowing I could....until I couldn't. The doctor said no more and the tears of grief came. They srill do on occasion (I know it doesn't make sense to most) but they come less frequently now thanks to Barre Nation. Nicole operates an outstanding operation - with amazing instructors, a great community, and so many fun and creative ways to make a hard workout a lot more enjoyable.
