Barre Nation studio is beautiful, the staff was so friendly. This exercise class was AMAZING! The energy was high, the music was on point, and the instructor kept us motivated from start to finish. I broke a sweat, pushed myself, and actually had fun doing it. If you’re looking for a class that challenges you and boosts your mood, this is the one. 10/10 recommend.
Wow! I started my journey here a few weeks ago and so happy I joined. The ladies that lead are amazing women who are so encouraging. The owner is so sweet and always there to answer questions. Highly recommend this community to join.
