I gained 70lbs with my first pregnancy in 2019 and struggled to lose the weight until I started going to Lift Off. I’ve been coming for 6 months and now I have abs and glutes. I feel great. I’m also strengthening my hips with Barre. The people are kind and the music is fun.

This is one of the most fun and most surprisingly effective workouts I've had in a long time! The studio itself is beautiful and clean, the instructors are all nice, welcoming, genuine, and inspiring - and the barre workouts will kick your rear into shape! I highly recommend trying out Barre Milwaukee for anyone looking for a fun and effective way to get in shape with a bunch of wonderful people.
