This is one of my favorite places in Manchester! The owner runs a fantastic business and she is always so accommodating and helpful. All of the staff are so friendly and nice. My favorite class lately is candlelight yoga. Everything about Barre life is the best. I make friends every time I go and I love bringing my own friends too. It's worth it!

Ashely is the reason I am now interested in Pilates. She coached a Pilates class for a group of residents in our apartment building and we all absolutely enjoyed her training and the class. She was engaging through out and very professional. I highly recommend her and Barre Life to anyone.

Barre Life is my favorite Barre Studio around. Ashley is a fantastic owner; she sincerely cares about all her students, creates a wonderful environment and puts on fun events! Barre & Bounce with Ashley Friday nights is my personal favorite & if you’re looking for a butt kicking Barre Class, Lauren is your girl!
