I am new to town and was looking for a Barre studio similar to what I was doing before. After trying a couple of other studios in the area, I was so happy I gave this one a try! It was exactly what I was looking for! It was challenging and very similar to what I was already familiar with. And everyone was so friendly! I am already looking forward to going back!
I take Barre once a week and I have tried other Barre studios in Kailua and in town. I love Barre Kailua because it fits me. Women and men of all ages and fitness abilities. The owner is a Kailua girl and makes everyone feel welcomed and has plenty Aloha. Great workout with great people.
