I absolutely love Barre Forte NoCo! The instructors are all so amazing and offer great workouts and a fun atmosphere. They also offer modifications to make a workout more or less intense. The studio is very clean and I’ve never felt unsafe, even during the height of COVID. Barre Forte NoCo is an inviting place where all skill levels and body types are welcome. I love that it’s a small business that embraces its community.
I HATE exercising, but I LOVE barre! I finally found something that works for me. It's been amazing watching how every tiny movement translates into results. My body is more toned and stronger thanks to all the tucking and shaking. Love the instructors and the sense of community I've found at Barre Forte NoCo!
Excellent instructors deliver challenging and fun workouts. I can definitely feel that my core, legs, and back are stronger, and have found relief for tight neck and shoulders from sitting in front of a computer all day. I absolutely recommend trying it. Love it!
What an awesome and friendly studio! I tried my first class tonight and have signed up for a 1 month trial unlimited membership at a great price. I was super impressed by the cleanliness of this place and their compliance with public health guidelines - masks are required, sanitizer is everywhere, and they do full cleanings between classes. I absolutely love this Barre studio! Lots of class options so I never have trouble finding a time that fits my busy schedule. It's super clean and they follow all the health guidelines so I feel safe. The instructors are all fantastic - encouraging, challenging and so friendly. I was new to Barre when I joined after attending their Grand Opening event last summer and the workouts have transformed my body. It's been a positive and life changing experience in all the best ways!
