Came in trying to restart my fitness journey… stayed because One Body understood the assignment 😄 Classes are 🔥, instructors will kick your butt (in a good way, IYKYK), and the vibe is super welcoming- no judgment, just good people getting stronger together. 5/5, Highly recommend for anyone wanting to get back into fitness or try something new!
I've had a great experience at this gym.The staff is friendly and always willing to help.The variety of classes is great which keeps workouts interesting and makes it easy to stay motivated.
This is a great place ! When I first started I had never worked out a day in my life ! I was worried classes would be too hard. Everyone was very encouraging and non judgmental. Here I am still going and slowly learning to love working out. I’ve lost 65lbs and learned so much about my self and what I can do
Excellent studio! Very clean, instructors are encouraging and welcoming. I'm still trying out classes but so far, Valerie and Sanantha are the faves! The workouts are excellent and I feel like they are very inclusive of all fitness levels and body types!
