Had a trial with classpass so I thought I'd try their Balance.Bounce.Tone class and I had a lot of fun! The instructor Rica was fun, welcoming, and explained things well. It's a cute little facility that I would recommend!
Great Pilates workout! Felt very welcomed
One Body Fitness Studio is wonderful! The studio itself is clean and often features local art. The classes are challenging and varied, I've attended over 100 classes and I've never done the same workout twice. The instructors are the best. They are deeply knowledgable and fun. Here you will find a community that is truly inclusive of all body types and abilities.
Super impressed with this studio and coaches. Everyone is so welcoming and kind! I look forward to taking more classes here!
Wow! I have never been so impressed by a workout place! The exercises are hard enough to get results but not hard enough to make you regret it the next day! The staff is VERY sweet and the location is amazing! Couldn’t recommend a better place!
