Love this space so much! One of the most inclusive spaces I’ve been to. The instructors are great about offering modifications for all bodies & backgrounds (including ways to make it harder for advanced folks). Everyone is kind and the classes are always fresh with new moves, combinations, and challenges!
You won’t find a more wonderful community to join in your fitness and health goals
Came in trying to restart my fitness journey… stayed because One Body understood the assignment 😄 Classes are 🔥, instructors will kick your butt (in a good way, IYKYK), and the vibe is super welcoming- no judgment, just good people getting stronger together. 5/5, Highly recommend for anyone wanting to get back into fitness or try something new!
I've had a great experience at this gym.The staff is friendly and always willing to help.The variety of classes is great which keeps workouts interesting and makes it easy to stay motivated.
